I think you should bare in mind that all chemical treatments will damage your hair. However, its nowhere near as bad as stripping out colours with bleach. If like you say you have been colouring your hair for years I would use the 'extra' version of ColourB4 and not just the normal strength as you are bound to have a serious build up of product. I would also do a strand and sensitivity test so you know that your hair is strong enough (I would image it is less you have been a bleach addict under the purple) and for allergic reactions (Even if you have never had a problem before. Remember also to have a colour (semi permanent) on stand by for afterwards as the end result will probably be a very warm brassy toned colour. I do not work for Colour B4 and am only basing this on my experiences of using the product. You can always contact Colour B4 via Facebook/Twitter if you want further advice. Good luck! I used the colour before yesterday & ended up very orange/ginger (basil brush springs to mind!!) Gathered from looking on line that I needed to get an ash semi colour to go over my hair but would have just ended up putting it on as per box instructions and ended up with another disaster!! The only ash colour I could get anywhere in my village was a light ash brown (darker than I wanted but to be fair anything was better than ginger or the ultra violet red I had previously!) Only left it on for the five mInutes which was more than enough & it's not too bad, condition is ok too.
Once again, thank you 😘

Re: Review: Liz Earle Make Up Brushes (Powder, Blush and Precision Brushes)

I'm a make up artist and massive Liz Earle fan-I'm so excited about combining my favourite things! I need to get a sample and my Estee Lauder counter in Debenhams isn't very forthcoming. I wouldn't mind but I make purchases in there and they can see its not just a freebie. They will apply it for me but won't give me a sample, I need to try a product for a few days to make sure I get no reaction. I will get some at some point as I've heard too many good things about it.
